We understand that sometimes circumstances change — that’s why we’ve created a simple and transparent refund policy for our learners and Affliate Business Partners

. 1. Refund Eligibility

  • You are eligible to request a refund within 7 days of enrollment in any course or program.
  • The refund request must be made before 14 days of program completion or before the live classes are fully attended, whichever comes first.
  • To be eligible, you must inform us in writing through email at contactrichgyaan@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 95227 62974 clearly mentioning your registered name, contact number, and course name.
2. Refund Process
  • Once your refund request is received and verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be made only for the course fee; any processing or gateway charges (if applicable) may be deducted.
3. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
  • If more than 7 days have passed since enrollment.
  • If you have attended more than 30% of live sessions or accessed full course content.
  • If the course has been purchased under a limited-time discount or Diwali offer.
  • For affiliate or promotional sales where commissions have already been processed.
